You will work on projects for clients across the world and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and users’ problems and provide iterative designs based on user workflow, expectations, experience, and business needs. Present and communicate UX/UI solutions while clearly articulating design rationale. On the other hand, you will learn our design methodologies and support teammates with the delivery of projects with a different level of complexity without extra-supervision.

YOU ARE
Demonstrating such experience:
-
Master's degree or higher in Design related field (desirable)
-
Portfolio of design capabilities
-
At least 6 years in user experience and interaction design
-
Working in agile environments and methods
-
Solid knowledge of or ability to learn software tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Creative Suite, Miro)

Knowledge of digital trends and digital experiences
-
Understanding of modern front-end technologies (desirable)

Knowledge of modern UI design approaches for Desktop, Web, Mobile and emerging platforms
-
Being quick out of the gate, fast learner thrives with strong colleagues
-
Passion about solving problems

Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Availability for 2 weeks+ business trips in case of business needs

Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Maintaining visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the client's brand across each individual device and application

Understanding how to make something both beautiful and insanely functional

Comfortable cooperating alongside creative and non-creative types; communicating your vision and understanding limitations

Sketching or drawing to communicate complex visual ideas quickly

Providing project scoping, planning, and estimation

Keeping visibility of project activities

Producing high-quality visual designs – from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials)
