Our client is Europe’s fastest growing HR Tech company with over 12’000 clients in the DACH region and over 10’000 candidates applying through our software every day.

Their ambition is to change the way companies hire on a global scale. Still fully bootstrapped with 25 hyper-motivated employees, we are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build and scale the most user-friendly solutions to enhance our customers’ lives.

You will be working side by side with our Product and Development team to take care of the full product cycle, from ideation to the deployment of features, and the assessment and optimization of their impact. You will gather input from our internal Operations and Business Development teams, as well as business partners, to evaluate potential new service and technical integrations.

 



Tasks


 

  • Be an innovator: Finding cutting-edge product solutions to complex business challenges, you take a lead on developing new, groundbreaking features for our platform and test how they leverage the user experience.

  • Be a connector: Define the product requirements, strategy and roadmap of our core platform and developer tools. You specify and coordinate all relevant processes between software engineers, designers, and other involved domain experts to ensure seamless progress in the entire software development lifecycle.

  • Be an optimizer: Based on data-driven decisions, you identify and fill product gaps, and improve the user flow of our web app. Your high-quality product management approach allows you to drive relevant KPIs in the right direction and tweak agile processes in your team.

  • Be a listener: Work closely with customers to understand market requirements, build strategy based on market analysis. Be the voice of our customers and partners and translate feedback provided by users into actionable roadmap items.

  • Be a visionary: In cooperation with the founders, our Head of Product and our Product team, you develop your own backlog for your team and maintain its successful progress independently.




 

Requirements

 

  • You have gained 3+ years of work experience in product management, ideally in a data-driven B2B start-up environment

  • You have demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products, as well as strong interest and understanding of technical architecture and development tools

  • You have exceptional standards for finding and defining innovative product solutions fully focused on usability and UI

  • You have a proven track record of implementing new features and moving KPIs into the right direction through best-in-class product management

  • You are a fast thinker and a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset

  • You possess a proven record in agile software development methods (preferably SCRUM or KANBAN)

  • You know your stuff when it comes to prioritizing, aligning, and advancing your team’s roadmap

  • You hold a university degree in Business, Interaction Design, or IT

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-reflective and transparent communication in English comes naturally to you

  • Experience in user research is a plus.

  • Fluency in English
